About the Role:

We’re building systems that link generative and physical AI, connecting digital creativity with the mechanics of the real world. Our work spans robotic hardware, digital illustration, generative design tools, and the software infrastructure that connects them.

We’re looking for a leader, someone who can turn ideas into working systems across this space: building training pipelines, control models, simulation tools, or creative interfaces, whatever best moves the technology forward. This is not a one size fits all job outline, the exact scope of the work will depend on your strengths and interests.

You’ll work alongside the head of engineering as a partner, setting direction, translating goals into real outcomes, and raising the bar for what the team can achieve. Success is not about completing checklists; it’s about delivering results and making a meaningful impact in our tech stack.

What Will You Do:

• Work with the head of engineering to define product and team roadmaps, and then execute on them with minimal oversight.
• Build and ship machine learning and software systems that have direct impact on our product and business goals, iterating quickly and learning from real-world feedback.
  • Depending on your skill and interests examples include
    • Fine-tuning generative models
    • Developing creative illustration platforms
    • Vision-based robotic control systems
    • Client-facing portals and generative engines
• Continuously raise the bar for what’s possible by bringing new ideas, tools, and standards to the team.
• Take ownership of technical objectives, using your own product intuition and expertise to steer development in high-leverage directions.
• Proactively identify and solve problems across the stack, whether in code, system integration, or workflow.
• Contribute to a culture where high performance, open feedback, and mutual respect are the norm.
• Own delivery from start to finish, making sure projects move from concept to reality.
